Doors open, the platform already running
The Convergence does not open with a keynote. It opens with the floor, and with the newest thing Shaffra has finished, running live, for a room that is allowed to interrupt it.

01/Built, not imported
Several editions a year
The Convergence is Shaffra's own stage. We take the newest system we have finished, engineered inside the GCC rather than imported into it, and put it in front of the people who would actually run it, meaning ministries, enterprises and the capital behind them. What is built here does not stay here. Edition 02 carries it to Baku, the first edition held outside the Gulf.
Nothing is presented as a slide. It runs live, in the room.
02/Edition 01 · Riyadh

Subconscious AI was unveiled here.
The first Convergence opened with the platform already running on the floor and closed on the panel. In between, Shaffra took the cover off the cognitive layer of its own product.
The Convergence does not open with a keynote. It opens with the floor, and with the newest thing Shaffra has finished, running live, for a room that is allowed to interrupt it.
This is what the evening exists to make concrete. Not a chatbot in a window, but a colleague on a screen at human scale, holding a conversation in the language you spoke to it in.
Shaffra's Executive Chairman, formerly Chief Innovation Officer at Boeing Global Services and a lecturer at Imperial College London, on why the next enterprise platform is being built in this region rather than imported into it.
One edition, one unveiling. In Riyadh that was Subconscious AI, the layer that lets an AI team hold organisational memory, prioritise the knowledge that applies, and reason with real business context behind it.
The room is not only Shaffra. Partners building the region's AI infrastructure were on the floor too, which is the point of holding the evening at all. The people who would run this technology are in the room.
Alharith Alatawi, Konstantin Sidorov of London Technology Club, Dr. Sergey Kravchenko and Abdulmajeed Al Balushi of Salalah AI Campus. Builders and backers arguing the same question in front of the people it lands on.

03/On the record
“The next phase of enterprise AI will not be defined by chatbots or copilots, but by AI systems that can operate with memory, context and accountability inside real organisations.”
“Enterprise AI cannot scale if every agent needs to consciously process everything at every step. Human intelligence works because the brain continuously filters, compresses, and surfaces only what matters, and Subconscious AI brings that same principle into enterprise AI infrastructure.”
“The next era of enterprise AI will not be defined only by larger models or longer context windows. It will be defined by systems that know what to remember, what to ignore, what to retrieve, and when to act.”
“Unlike traditional chatbots or automation tools, our AI Employees can understand business intent and determine the right actions to take.”
“Opening in the Caspian region is an important first step for Shaffra, because it shows that demand for Autonomous AI Teams is rising beyond the GCC.”
